Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can order directly from our catalog. Each product page lists the available colors and options for that style.
Can I customize the color pattern on my suit?
Yes. See our Color Options page for a full breakdown of available thread-weight blends by environment (Desert, Woodland, Mossy, Leafy Green, and White).
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, and we also ship to APO/FPO military addresses. If you're ordering to an APO/FPO address or have questions about an international order, contact us at 1-877-510-0147.
How long does shipping take?
BDU items are built by hand and normally take 1–3 weeks depending on clothing stock. Other products normally ship in 1–2 business days. These are preparation times before carrier transit. Contact us before ordering if you need gear for a specific trip or date.
Do you have dealers who carry your products?

Product Care & Materials
What are your suits made of?
Our range includes traditional jute-thread ghillie suits, lightweight synthetic-thread ghillie suits and three-dimensional leafy suits. Materials vary by product; check each product page for construction and specifications. Compare designs in our Ghillie & Leafy Suit Guide.
How do I care for my ghillie suit?
Handle your suit gently and keep it away from open flame, sparks, and high heat. Avoid machine washing and drying, as this can damage the thread and backing. Spot clean as needed and air dry.
Is jute thread flammable?
Jute is a natural fiber and will burn if exposed to open flame or high heat, the same as any natural-fiber material. Keep your suit away from campfires, cigarettes, muzzle blast, and other heat sources. We recommend purchasing a fire retardant to treat all Jute products before using them.
Warranty & Returns
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our suits carry a one (1) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Hand-built BDU items are subject to a 20% restocking fee when returned for a refund. This fee is waived when exchanging a BDU item for a different size.
