How do I place an order?

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates can be purchased and are delivered with a redemption code to use at checkout toward any item in our catalog.

Can I customize the color pattern on my suit?

Yes. See our Color Options page for a full breakdown of available thread-weight blends by environment (Desert, Woodland, Mossy, Leafy Green, and White).

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, and we also ship to APO/FPO military addresses. If you're ordering to an APO/FPO address or have questions about an international order, contact us at 1-877-510-0147.

How long does shipping take?

Because every suit is hand-built to order, production and shipping timelines vary by style and season. Contact us for a current estimate before you order if timing matters for your trip or season.

Product Care & Materials

What are your suits made of?

Our ghillie suits are built using a jute thread base. Jute is a natural fiber, and as with any natural fiber garment, it should be kept away from open flame and high heat sources.

How do I care for my ghillie suit?

Handle your suit gently and keep it away from open flame, sparks, and high heat. Avoid machine washing and drying, as this can damage the thread and backing. Spot clean as needed and air dry.

Is jute thread flammable?

Jute is a natural fiber and will burn if exposed to open flame or high heat, the same as any natural-fiber material. Keep your suit away from campfires, cigarettes, muzzle blast, and other heat sources.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Our suits carry a one (1) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
