We want you to be satisfied with your gear. If something is not right, here is how returns work.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition required
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and free of field wear, in their original packaging with any tags still attached. Ghillie material sheds and picks up debris quickly, so items that have been worn outdoors cannot be resold and cannot be accepted.
What cannot be returned
- Custom and made-to-order items. Anything built to your specifications is made for you individually and is not returnable. We confirm this with you before we start the work, so you will always know in advance if an item falls into this category.
- Digital products, including the downloadable How-To-Build-Your-Own booklet, are non-returnable once the download has been accessed.
- Clearance and final-sale items, where marked.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges paid on the outbound order are not refunded.
We strongly recommend a trackable service. We cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.
How to start a return
Contact us before shipping anything back. We do not issue a formal RMA number. Our email reply confirming the return is your authorization. Returns sent without contacting us first can be delayed or refused.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue a refund to the original payment method within five business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further five to ten business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs. We cover return shipping in these cases and will repair, replace, or refund at your choice. This is separate from the return process above.
Warranty
This return policy is separate from our product warranty. GhillieSuits.com warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear, field damage, snags, alterations, or improper care. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue.
International returns
International customers may return items on the same 30-day terms. Return shipping, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable. Mark returned parcels clearly as returned goods on the customs declaration to avoid a second round of import charges.
