Products and pricing
We do our best to display product colors and detail accurately, but natural materials vary. Jute, thread, and dyed synthetic material differ slightly between production runs, so the item you receive may not match a photograph exactly. This is a characteristic of handmade camouflage, not a defect.
Prices are in United States dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed for resale without an approved dealer account.
Product availability
We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product. If an item is unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund that portion of the order.
Dealer accounts
Dealer pricing is available to approved dealers only and is applied automatically at checkout to accounts we have designated as dealers. Dealer pricing is not transferable and may be withdrawn if account terms are not met.
Discounts
Discounts do not combine. Where more than one discount or promotional price could apply to an order, only one is applied.
Intended use and assumption of risk
Our products are camouflage apparel and accessories intended for hunting, wildlife observation, photography, training, and similar lawful activities. You are responsible for using them lawfully and safely. Camouflage is designed to make the wearer hard to see, which carries real risk in any environment where firearms are present. Follow all applicable hunting regulations, including blaze-orange requirements, which in many jurisdictions apply regardless of what else you are wearing.
You are responsible for confirming that possession and use of military-pattern camouflage is lawful where you live. Some countries restrict it.
Fire safety
Ghillie material is dense natural and synthetic fiber and is not flame resistant unless a product is specifically described as treated. Keep it away from open flame, campfires, and heat sources.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, photographs, logos, and product designs, is the property of GhillieSuits.com and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhillieSuits.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory local consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
